AWP and Soft River Reading

Lots going on this week, and not a lot of it is about food, though I’m really stoked to get to hang out with food & lit pal Carrie Murphy (Plums In the Icebox) at the AWP conference in Chicago this week. We are planning on going on a food adventure somewhere, so you can count on a post about that when I return.
Also, for those in the Indy area, I’m going to be reading with poet extraordinaire Matt Hart at the Soft River Reading Series next Tuesday. It’s a bit last minute because Hart’s other reading that night got cancelled, so we put something together for him here in Indy. I would love to see you there, and I’ll have copies of my new book The Fullness of Everything! Here’s a flyer with all the info:

i can’t believe we didn’t meet! i should have gotten your number or something so we have texted a lunch plan. i was totally going to come to literature party, where i knew you were, but i didn’t! UGH. next year?

You’re in Baltimore, right? There’s a very good chance I’m going to be out there in April for the Conversations conference in DC. If so, I’ll be staying with Adam Robinson in Baltimore.
well we already talked about this on twitter, but no, i live in northern VA, near DC. alexandria. it sucks. i am from baltimore and would a million times rather live there. or you know, in NM.
still bummed i won’t get to meet but maybe we will someday?! i am planning to tour a little for my book so maybe then? or maybe you can come read in DC?
